Skill changes (Additional to 33 patch)
Priest
- Removed skills: Blessing of Seren, Blessing of Arachne, Blessing of Balder.
Blessing of Shakan: additionally increases endurance.
Blessing of Zenobia: additionally restores HP.
Regeneration Circle reworked:
- Name changed to Reinforcement Circle.
- Effect changed: increases attack speed and damage against monsters by 1, 2, or 3%, depending on skill level. Replenishes 1% of max MP per second.
Resurrect:
- Glyph “Hearty Resurrect” — cost reduced from 3 to 1.
- Glyph “Hastened Resurrect” — cost reduced from 4 to 2.
Grace of Resurrection:
- Glyph “Energetic Grace of Resurrection” — cost reduced from 2 to 1.
Mystic
Titanic Wrath III: additionally increases attack speed by 6.
Aura of the Tenacious:
- Restored MP for allies increased to 2%.
- Mystic himself restores 1% of MP every second.
Vow of Rebirth:
- Target can now be selected when using the skill.
- Mystic always receives a buff.
- Glyph “Altruistic Vow of Rebirth” — increases the maximum number of captured targets by 1.
Arun’s Vitae: mana cost decreased from 250 to 0.
Corruption Ring:
- Glyph “Trebling Corruption Ring” replaced with Fortified Corruption Ring — increases resistance to control effects to maximum. Cost decreased from 5 to 2.
Resurrect:
- Glyph “Hearty Resurrect” — cost reduced from 4 to 1.
- Glyph “Hastened Resurrect” — cost reduced from 4 to 2.
Warding Totem:
- Effect “Warding Totem II” — HP absorption increased to 11500. Provides immunity to knockdown and stagger.
- Glyph “Restorative Warding Totem” — increases HP recovery from all sources by 25% for 10 seconds.
- Cooldown increased from 25 to 35 seconds.
Thrall of Vengeance XIV:
- Added new skill Vengeance — increases damage to monsters by 3%, reduces skill cooldown by 5%.
- Defense and HP increased.
- Cooldown increased to 25 seconds, lifespan reduced to 12 seconds.
Thrall of Life XIII: HP and defense significantly increased, order of skills changed — cleanses immediately after summoning.
Slayer
Knockdown Strike:
- Glyph “Strengthened Knockdown Strike” replaced with Defensive Knockout Strike — reduces damage taken by 50% during skill use. Cost: 2 points.
Measured Slice:
- Glyph “Keen Measured Slice” — triples crit chance. Cost reduced from 6 to 4.
Overhand Strike:
- Glyph “Restorative Overhand Strike” replaced with Brilliant Overhand Strike — reduces mana cost by 90. Cost reduced to 1.
In Cold Blood II: enhances Overhand Strike — reduces cooldown, increases damage by 30%, increases crit chance against monsters by 25%.
Warrior
Blade Draw:
- Glyph “Brilliant Blade Draw” — mana cost reduction increased from 80 to 150. Cost decreased from 2 to 1.
Infuriate:
- Glyph “Energetic Infuriate” — cost decreased from 6 to 2.
Sorcerer
Arcane Pulse completely reworked:
- Name changed to Mythical Grace.
- No longer deals damage.
- Increases crit rate by 5/10/15/20 for 5 seconds, restores 50/100/150/250 MP per second depending on skill charge level.
- Glyphs:
- Frostened Mythical Grace — increases the damage of Ice Needle by 40% for 5 seconds. Cost: 3 points.
- Cutting Mythical Grace — increases crit rate by an additional 50 for 5 seconds. Cost: 4 points.
- Slick Mythical Grace — allows movement while charging. Cost: 4 points.
Mana Infusion removed.
Overchannel changed:
- Increases damage from all attacks by 25% in PvE and by 10% in PvP for 3 seconds.
Fireblast:
- Glyph “Impelling Fireblast” replaced by Keen Fireblast — doubles crit chance against monsters. Cost: 2 points.
- Glyph “Brilliant Fireblast” — mana cost reduction increased from 400 to 500. Cost decreased from 3 to 2.
Void Pulse:
- Glyph “Brilliant Void Pulse” — mana cost reduction increased from 400 to 500. Cost decreased from 3 to 2.
Hail Storm:
- Glyph “Brilliant Hail Storm” — mana cost reduction increased from 300 to 600. Cost decreased from 2 to 1.
Nerve Exhaustion: skill effect ends upon target receiving damage.
Lancer
Wallop:
- Added new glyph “Keen Wallop” — doubles crit chance against monsters. Cost: 2 points.
Spring Attack:
- Glyph “Brilliant Spring Attack” — mana cost reduction increased from 75 to 160. Cost decreased from 4 to 1.
Backstep:
- Cooldown reduced to 0.
- RE cost increased to 600.
- Glyph “Unending Backstep” — reduces RE cost by 100. Cost: 3 points.
Hold the Line:
- Effect changed:
- Previously increased aggro by 1%.
- Now increases aggro by 5%, strength by 2, and crit rate by 3 per stack.
- Number of effect stacks decreased to 10, duration 20 seconds.
- Effect ends upon being knocked down.
Guardian Shout III: additionally increases allies’ strength by 25%.
Shield Counter: new skill chain added: Shield Counter – Spring Attack.
Infuriate:
- Glyph “Energetic Infuriate” — cost reduced from 6 to 2.
Rallying Cry: cooldown increased from 30 to 40 seconds.
Pledge of Protection: damage reduction for allies decreased from 35% to 25%.
Archer
Velik’s Mark reworked:
- Name changed to Velik’s Gift.
- Now applies to the archer himself.
- Resets cooldown of Thunderbolt.
- Reduces charge time of Radiant Arrow and Penetrating Arrow by 50%, also reduces their cooldown by 30%.
- Reduces cooldown of Sequential Fire to zero.
- Duration: 12 seconds.
- Additionally increases damage by 5/10/15%.
- Glyph “Lingering Velik’s Mark” replaced with Hasted Velik’s Gift — reduces cooldown by 15%.
- Glyph “Blazing Poison Arrow” replaced with Thunderous Velik’s Gift — increases Thunderbolt speed by 60% for 5 seconds. Cost: 1 point.
Thunderbolt:
- Added glyph “Keen Thunderbolt” — triples crit chance against monsters. Cost: 3 points.
Sequential Fire VIII: five shots combined into one, significantly increased damage.
All skills previously affected by Nostrum of Energy are now affected by Ranger’s Nostrum.
Reaper
Veil of Shadows removed.
Death Spiral:
- Glyph “Powerlinked Death Spiral” — no longer ends immediately, lasts for the full duration.
Double Shear:
- Glyph “Powerlinked Double Shear” — no longer ends immediately, lasts for the full duration.
Whipsaw: added new glyph “Pulsing Whipsaw” — increases skill damage against monsters by 20%, consuming 1.5% of max HP. Cost: 2 points.
Berserker
Mocking Shout: duration reduced from 12 to 10 seconds.
Evasive Roll: can be used in a normal state, not just when Intimidation is active.
Added new skill “Infuriate”:
- Infuriates all monsters within radius and increases aggro to maximum.
- Available only when Intimidation is active.
- Glyph “Energetic Infuriate” — reduces cooldown by 20%. Cost: 2 points.
Engineer
Emergency Barrier removed.
